Case DC is very good on gas as compared to other tractors. Can you stand the hand clutch?
The most efficient gas tractor ever tested was an Oliver 1800 in 1960. Made 71 horse at 13.1 HHG of gasoline. The worst gas tractor (real farm tractor made after 1940) was a Ford 8N that made 21 horse at 7.1 HHG of gas.
The Case DC is not too far from one of the best.
