we have a section of road that runs between two brothers farms.. It is actually a township road. Some of us in the local use it as a shortcut between main roads.
Township wanted to widen it three family s say no go... so township only maintain it enough so the land owners cannot claim it as inanimate domain maybe plow it twice a year and mabe throw a 1/4 ton of cold top in the holes in the summer. Farmers do it traveling between barns, Twp only does the intersections most of the time. State stop sign on both ends.
