Couple of suggestions. Use 2% milk- it's not as fattening. Or do like my mom does- hide them from me until after the kids and family get into them at Christmas. Then you get the crumbs. And if you need sustinence that bad, walk over to the neighbors and mooch some cookies off the neighbors' wife. Then you can exercise it off walking back home. See how easy it is?
