Not a bad idea, however it probably gets more attention here on the political/religion/racism/you're doing it wrong forum ;-). I think it's a good thing people here feel comfortable enough to ask for prayers from people who they don't know their religious beliefs. Also if someone doesn't believe in the act of praying for someone I guess it's their right not to pray, they can give a moment of silence or what ever if it serves their beliefs better.
