A cop I worked with lived across the river in Elizabeth, Indiana. He had a few acres and the house was 600 feet off the road. His front yard was just as long and wide. A road crew finished up for the night and drove well up his driveway and parked two backhoes, asphalt spreader and dump truck all over his yard. When they got back the next morning he wouldn't let them have their equipment. They called the sheriff and he said to bad. They paid for the rut repair in his yard.
