Well It runs....Thank You everyone for your help. They just shouldnt make vehicles like that, NO ONE can work on them anymore. After the fuel filter, i replaced the fuel pump (that was fun), fuel regulator. Then I had great fuel pressure, but didnt solve the problem. I went to the spark plugs and cylinder 2 coil pack was loose got dirt around sparkplug along with some oil and was shorting out on the sides of the head....I will never ever buy another Ford product again. With coils on each spark plug (stupid) and the other problems ive had, its just not worth the money. And I had 3 other Ford trucks and they were nothing like this.
