That engine is not the same as an H so go ahead and remove the sleeve and piston together. You should press it out you will need to make a fixture to push on the sleeve and they will come out together then you can bust the cast sleeve away from the piston and save the rod. Iv done them that way with no problems. You will need to take the measurements to see which sleeve you have as it mite be the larger one that will take the 3 1/4 bore pistons and give you 135 cuin when done but you need to take all the measurements before buying new.
