The big problem with a new law is inforcement....and until cities, counties, states and the federal government can stop the spending madness and be able to hire more cops enforcement is going to be the problem. Heck that can't keep people from speeding how are they ever going to stop people from texting???? A device that disables the phone while it's moving??? What about a passenger who wants to talk or text? This can go a little too far.

Today's Featured Article - Farming Never Left My Blood - by Stan Gordon. I was born in 1947 youngest of ten of a working farm. Our farm was located in Saskatchewan near Saskatoon. We had a mixed farm consisting of grain and dairy all done with old machinery and by hand.
