Doug, I agree with you. If he were on the up and up, he would give a likely costumer his contact info. If he doesn't give you the opportunity to ask legitimate questions prior to sale, he is up to no good. I would immediately cease discusion with him. Even if he does change his tune, now, he has already ruined his credibility. This seller is clearly operating outside the circle of trust. I don't know if I'ld be worried about physical violence from him, as I roll through life under the questionable notion that I'm bulletproof, yet, if I weren't so sure of my bulletproofness, I would probably also think that violence is possible. Either way, I doubt his deal is as honorable as it ought to be.
