So the last two days: The Farmall H is the fun tractor so she's in the back bay of the garage, fluids freshened, ready for a long Winter's sleep! (Remember, not a farmer; just a lover of tractors!) The Kubota has had the mid mount mower deck removed, cleaned, greased and set in it's place. I'll wait until Spring to sharpen and balance the blades. It's place was harboring the garbage cans, so now they're moved where the lawnmower and birdseed containers were, they're moved to their Winter spot back by the Farmall. I had to get out the snowblower, burn out the old gas, clean her inards with a little naptha in the gas, lube, freshen fuel and oil, lubricate moving parts. Now she's ready also. Back to the Kubota. I usually keep the 3pt rototiller stored behind her in the middle bay. Moved the roto to the backyard pallets, covered and weighted down. Brought up the rear blade for snow removal. Changed oil filter and oil. Changed hydraulic filter, hydrostat filter, and filled with fresh super udt fluid. Removed toothbar off front loader. Greased and lubed anything with a grease fitting. Got the buck and doe out in the front yard assembled, wired and lit, and staked them in. It's the first day of rifle in PA, so I hope they make it through! Time for a Sierra Nevada Pale Beverage.
