I had both knees replaced about five years ago at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota and have been pain free ever since. They did one in January so I would not have any trouble with planting and the other in June as to be fit at harvest time. After about four weeks I could drive and do most anything. I was to the point where I was close to a wheel chair and if I ever came to a stair I would look around for an elevator or get tears in my eyes. I can now walk all day long and even if I get tired my knees will not hurt. I would never put it off. There are two things that they are very carefull about and that is blood clots and infection. Also if anybody is going to have this done be sure to do the physical therapy they recommend. You can call me if you have any questions. 810-655-4859

Dad bought the 202 new in 1962, and I recall quite clearly going to the dealer with him to sign for it.
