Run this across your adding machine. $100 annual registration, 600 annual insurance, $300 annual maintenance, 0000 depreciation, that's nice, $150 annual debt service, (it's worth 2500 right?) So you save 2500 miles on your new truck for $1050, PLUS the fuel costs are probably higher per mile. How is that saving? I thought the only way to pencil out the newer diesel pickups was mileage north of 250K WITHOUT major maintenance.
