I remember being super pizzed off at the car insurance rates when I was a kid. I of course understood later in life why I had to pay $1400 per year for basic coverage on a $3000 car. I can remember some super stupid stuff done at my high school by teen drivers. A buddy of mine had a DUI at 16, and he was a drunk at that age. I am told that a lot more restrictions are put on teen drivers now, like, driving curfews, only 2 teens in the car at any time. Too bad about your Neon, maybe that kid could fix it for you if he has any mechanical sense?
