When I did my DITY move from Buffalo to Tenn, I registered my giant flat bed trailer in Maine. It was cheap, but once I got to Tenn I realized that when operating in Ky and TN i didn't even need to register the trailer. If I had to register it again, I would probably register it in Maine. It was $40 for two years.
