More like Odocoileus Virginianus - whitetail deer. That's what we have here in Michigan... For our friends in Illinois, can you use a muzzle loader? In Michigan they can be used as well as shotguns in shotgun zone (southern half of lower pennisula.) Fortunately, I live about twenty miles north of the line, and can use a rifle. I have heard there is a plan already to go to move the line farther north. If they do, I'll dig out my in-line for sure.
