I would warm up the engine providing there is nothing in the cylinders. Warm it up and re-torque the head as recommended. IF there is water in the cylinders, pull all the plugs and crank it over to clear. If it still appears to have a seeping problem, pressure test the cooling system and inspect the mating surfaces for leakage.
