Olliekid, If you had read my response you would have read that now I know that the M was worked on. It doesn't take much work to get an M to 50-60 horsepower. And yes they both had 3bottom plows and the M walked away form the S88. Road that M all day and for many years. I've seen stock M's at shows and pulls and you can tell the ones that have been worked on. Also I would call the farmer with the M a better more up todate farmer and I think he probably had the plow adjusted better. If those aren't adjusted correctly they will pull harder, so that might be some of it, but I think a lot of it was he had the M worked on.
