My family used horses until the 1950's. First tractor was an AC WC, second was an AC WD, next was Farmall reg, then Farmall F-20, Farmall Cub 1955(53 model, 2 years old on the lot) after that, AC 190, serial number 194. 194th one built. After that, my dad started working for Ford dealership. So next new was a 1975 Ford 7000 row crop. No new tractor since then, but he worked for Ford/New Holland until 2008. So, we are a Ford family now, but, I worked for FNH sicne 1994, then quit... but still, we are loyal now to Ford, New Holland, Allis Chalmers, Farmall... loyal only to what we know, because, what we know has served us well. so SO SOOOOOO scared of buying a new one, because of horror stories... dang you can't win.
