Running a fertilizer auger for a few minutes to fill up the hoppers on a planter is a lot different from running a swing auger for hours on end unloading entire wagons of grain.
You fill the hoppers, shut down, and go planting for 30 minutes or more. The oil never has a chance to warm up, so it's not really much of a comparison.
