I could sell you three of these tanks for $500 each. They were designed for water. Capacity is 2033 gallons. If they were filled to 75%, they would be safe for the denser chemical and would hold a trailer load. I am in eastern MA. They may meet containment restrictions in your jurisdiction. There are no bulkhead fittings to leak or blow out. Three will fit on a tag-a-long trailer. It's about 20 hours of travel one way.
Dimensions are 84" dia x 102" high but I'd have to check to be accurate. Made from medium density polyethylene. Head is detachable. Will sell without wrapper, insulation, coil, head, or skid. It's your choice. but the same price in any configuration.
