Kid just bought a 93 half ton chev 4x4 from a neighbor farmer, high miles, was his Sunday go to church truck and his wife drove it to work, not a scratch on it!! But 228000 miles. It has no high gear, fluid looks and smells good, ist, 2nd, and reverse work great, when it hits 3rd motor just winds up, nothing at all. I think the kid said it's a 4L60E auto. I never got into anything newer than a 7004R, any ideas?? Thanks for your help.
