You are ahead of the game with the tractors you have. Assuming they are not worn to the bone and in need of constant repair, they will serve well. The 4020 is about as good a tractor as is available in any color. YOur 40 acres is way too small for profit (or even break even) if you owe anything at all to the bank. Do not buy a combine either. It cannot pay for your learning curve, not will it be worth any amount of finance charges if it is good enough for an inexperienced owner to get on and harvest. If it is worn enough to be affordable it will not be affordable to get operational. Having someone cut your crop is the only reasonable solution. If a neighbor will do it, ask if you can be the operator for a few rounds to "Feel the facts", while it is running correctly. The truth is that these machines are not Hondas. they are radically more mechanical, stressed, and complex. In my humble opinion stay simple!! Jim
