Made the mistake of putting in floorheating in the living room (rest of the house is radiators) ...
We have 2 wood stoves in a house where one (the one in the living room) will heat it up like a sauna in short order and firewood in whatever form you want is almost cheap......Just the "but it feels so nice on the feet" is is keeping us buying oil. Appliances heat their own water and we have an electric on demand heater for sinks and showers with only 2 people in the house...........
