My d15 is experiencing throttle trouble. When you increase throttle on lever it makes no difference for a period of time, then revs right up. I was told there may be issues with the governor flyweights, but was told by another it was doubtful. Without the tractor running, if you increase throttle there is a lag in response on the carb as if there is sloppy linkage, but I see none. Appears as though the delay is somewhere from the outlet arm of the governor body to the butterfly linkage on the carb. Any thoughts, troublshooting ideas? Points are all new and gapped, carb is relatively clean, plugs new. It started acting erratically out of nowhere. Thanks.
