I smoked from 17 to 35. I quit so many times I could not count. One time was for 2 full years, then started back. When I was 35, I was puffing them like a steam engine. I woke up one day and felt like a tractor had slept on my chest. I decided that "quiting" would not work. So I told myself that I was going to become a non smoker. What do non smokers need?
