Both websites use the same method for staying quit, and it is very effective. You join a quit group with the initial goal of staying quit for 100 days. Then you make a daily posting with your group, promising not to use tobacco for the day. The support from other members going through the same withdrawl, frustrations, etc. is very helpful, and keeps you accountable to other people. You get through each day, one day at a time.
