If your mind is ready to quit, you can do it a lot easier. I smoked heavy for over 20 years. Wanted to quit for about 19 of them. Finally decided I'd had enough. I knew for absolute certain that if I ever took the first drag, I had already lost the battle. I looked at it more of not taking the first drag, and it made it a lot easier.
