I had a chance to do some trouble shooting on the motor. With power introduced from another source, straight to the motor, the twine arm works perfectly fine. From the cab control, the arm will not extend to tying position, but will retract normally.

I thought maybe the ground was a problem, but with the twine arm coming to home position normally and power available at each terminal when activated manually, my suspicion now is a faulty relay or the interface module. I will have to contact a dealer to see where the switching occurs and go from there.
