I have no idea what type of motor it is, but here are a few standard factors: 1} is it getting voltage when activated? 2} is it binding from internal bearing issues or lack of Lubrication to the bearings? 3} is the load changing such that the motor is now overloaded from out of time mechanism or bent components? 4} are the brushes good enough to make correct contact? 5} are all commutator segments the same color/or discolor? 6) is there a change in the cooling air around it, Chaff, or dirt? 7} have you changed twins type or brand? Are all the wires and connections good? These questions are pretty generic, but may be of service. Jim
