Out of curiosity, about what do those set ya back?? I never knew you could buy em like that.. But I can see where that would make my life easier.. All of our trailers and 2 of our trucks use the round "truck lite" lights with the 3 prong plug.. I've always hard soldered them, but it seems like every year one of the plugs poops on something, so i cut and solder..
With those, I could "pigtail" the plug and change em in a matter of a few seconds, as opposed to a half hour, Plus, if I made everything "universal" just carry a spare pigtail in the glove box of each truck and always be prepared for a problem..
