I am having a steering problem I started with replacing the seals on the steering cyclinder and the piston rings. I had to hone the inside of the cylinder inorder to get the piston and cylinder to go back together. I'm not sure exactly how they fit together to begin with because the tollerance was overly tight I think that is what caused my leak to begin with. My question is that when I placed the cylinder back on the tractor and started it up the steering wheel turned left to right very fast and continued after a while I asumed that there is air in the line but I am unsure how to remove it or do I have another problem that I am not catching?
