Did you just get parts similar to #42809, or did you have to get a new filter head also? If you didn't have to replace the head, where did you get the parts? Looking at parts pages on NH's website, I see a newer version in this series of engine has a filter head for spin-ons, but it's listed as 'not serviced separately' and no part number or price is listed. Takes same gasket to mate to block, so it would work -IF- I can find one. May have to start checking boneyards...
