I've got two hydraulic cylinders on the clamp of my log loader that need packing but I can't get them apart. Someone made an emergency repair before I purchased the machine, where they welded two straps to each cylinder and to the caps (to hold the caps on) because the cap threads were worn. When they did this, they warped the cylinder tubes where they are welded. The internal rams get stuck at this point(about 10"down the tube) when you try to extract the rams. Any ideas on how to get them out.
