Do the Case IH tractors still have Cummins engines? Somebody told me they were using a European engine now. I was told use Case IH is now using an Iveco engine. I saw a Case tractor in a parade this past summer and it looked like an updated Cummins but I did not know how old the tractor was. I hope the engine is a private labeled Cummins.
I was on the original design team of the Cummins B and C series engines. Back then (early 80's) it was a 50/50 joint venture with J.I. Case. But Cummins bought Case out.
Another company hired me away from Cumming and I lost track of what is going on.
