Case IH tractor engines?

Do the Case IH tractors still have Cummins engines? Somebody told me they were using a European engine now. I was told use Case IH is now using an Iveco engine. I saw a Case tractor in a parade this past summer and it looked like an updated Cummins but I did not know how old the tractor was. I hope the engine is a private labeled Cummins.

I was on the original design team of the Cummins B and C series engines. Back then (early 80's) it was a 50/50 joint venture with J.I. Case. But Cummins bought Case out.

Another company hired me away from Cumming and I lost track of what is going on.

According to a guy who works for CaseIH on the smaller (not the Compacts) tractors to mid sized now that Fiat owns em they are no longer made in the US. Told me Turkey and Italy are countries of origin. This guy (met him the other day at the Fargo Big Iron show) told me that the cheaper Turkey made ones are giving em problems. Seeing how Fiat also owns Iveco I'd bet they are suing those engines now too.

The blue ones (New Holland... there is nothing 'Ford' about them anymore) have Iveco engines, so I'd bet the CIH do too.
 
Does anyone know when Cummins bought out Case share in the joint venture. It was always known as Consolidated Diesel Corp when I worked at dealership. Had a little fun with an aquaintence of mine when he bought a Dodge with the diesel. As he was all Deere and hated Case I joked he had a truck with a case engine, he didn't like that much.
 
Oh man I have been gone too long but a few years ago there was an issue of Diesel Progress that mentioned the newer Cummins engine like my neighbor has in his Mc Cormick. That engine is a joint venture between Fiat/Iveco & Cummins
 
Big Case IH combines (7120, 8120, 9120) use Iveco engines. Small frame combines (5088, 6088, 7088) use Cummins. Toured the combine factory in march, and this was the case at that time.
