Don't think they buy new one but put good used ones on front. I have been using steel belted radials on my Ford 841 for decades due to the fact they are cheap, thorns have a hard time with the tread area and the hold up well to the loader I have on it. Plus I can pick up tires that are good enough for a tractor for less then $10 each
