get a voltmeter and check voltage at starter while cranking. If its less than about 10.5 volts you have a problem. Could very well be corroded cables, and you may not see it. Have seen lots of bad cables, get green death inside the cable.Could be in positive or ground cable. Have you tried turning engine over with a wrenc/socket on crank? It is most likely not engine problem.If you have a good battery and both starters act the same, its likely cable issue.
