Its not very likely that stuff would last 258,000 miles.Probably was replaced several times.They might just have put back on what was original,maybe even went to Chevrolet to get the parts.Maybe had Chevy mechanics work on it.It would probably be a miracle if that stuff lasted 100,000 miles before at least the wires were fried.It would have run so bad by then they had to do something.
