See'n as how I got my chores done early....at least the ones I wanted to do I decided to cook out this afternoon. I prefer the smoker over the BBQ, everything seems to taste so much better so......I get out the largest SS bowl we have and start cutting up the veggies. White taters, red taters, zuchini squash, onions, bell pepper and carrots. Cut them all up into chunks, mix in the bowl, add olive oil and mix again, add salt and pepper and mix again and cover with foil. Then it goes into the smoker for 2 plus hours. Also 3 pounds of chicken wings and 3 pounds of drum sticks put in about an hour earlier, they will smoke for 3 plus hours. Wife gets home from work about 5:30 and she will be surprised. So what ya'll having for supper? . .
