Neighbor.started his own.Going to Pawn shop and spending time on arial survallance.Had is own plane and a friend had a chopper. finally spotted the car and trailer setting in a yard out in the boonies. Other item started showing up at Pawn shops. Finally caught the gang. Sheriff would do nothing. They were all under eighteen so the courts would let them off.
