Mix 1 quart 3% hydrogen peroxide, 1/4 cup baking soda, and 1-2 tsp dish soap.
Apply the mixture on the dog (don"t wet the dog down first). Use a wash cloth to apply the mixture on the face and around eyes. Let it sit for 5 minutes. Then rinse the dog with lukewarm water.
I use this mixture in my Vet practice and it works well.
