Whenever my biz gets slow and I try and find a job it is so blatantly obvious the 30 something year old head hunters want nothing to do with me or my resume. Yet, everyday I see the youth of America spend more time "cruising the net" then working when they are sitting at their desks. Between Facebook, Twitter, or just plan old online shopping, it amazes me more firms do not limit or outright block these sites. Pete
