Here on my jobsite, I am a resident inspector, I monitor craftsmanship all day long. The Electrical contractor (IBEW) is maxed out on apprentices, (trying to save a buck). The Foremen (2 of em) have "had it"! "Re-do's" are the order of the day...all week long... Just a week ago they brought in an 'old timer' (THUMBS UP). He has 2 of the apprentices with him. Things are getting done and done the first time. He probably wont last because, (1) he doesn't drink, and (2) he knows more than both of the foremen combined, and its making them look bad.

This guy is smooth too, always calm and making every move count. What a blessing to have him around! I shook his hand yesterday and thanked him for doing such a good job and teaching the 'young-in's'.

BTW, he's teaching me too, don't tell anybody :D
