a 6.0 with 150K miles is trouble waiting to happen. You might get a good one but most likely you will be putting lots of money in it to keep it going, and I'm talking thousand dollar bills not hundred. Unless you really need a diesel you should not buy a diesel and it only getting worse with the emissions requirements. There are lots of complex systems that are very expensive. A gasser will be much cheaper in the long run unless you are doing heavy towing on a regular basis.
