Recently the timing belt has broken off, after replacing the timing belt the mechanic who was working on it torqued the bolt that belongs to the pulley on the water pump to much causing the threads to strip, after replacing the water pump and putting on the new timing belt (and it it timed correctly) when started the belt will begin to move forward and eventually fall off, any ideas and advice on how to fix this? Thanks
