Haven''t had a problem with cats and dogs getting it yet. I haven't raised any corn in about three years, but the last time I did I got corn, before the fly bait and pepsi I would raise four long rows and get very little corn. used to have trouble with birds but fake snakes helped that. cats and dogs supposedly don't bother it, I always put it in the corn, not outside of the corn, that way it only gets the guilty coons. I can't guarantee that cats and dogs won't get into it. I know possums and groundhogs will though, I have found possums at it dead, and I used it on a ground hog once.
