buickanddeere: I worked for JD dealers for over thirty years. I have never called the company for a manual. You can order it from your LOCAL JD dealer. HE may already have it. If it is an older Dealership he might even have the one for the real old stuff too. IF you want an original old manual there are many places on the Internet that have them for sale.
Spouting off some phone number is not much help. IF THAT IS ALL YOU HAVE TO ADD THEN SKIP TO THE NEXT post and maybe you might have a REAL answer. Your number posting comes across as a smarta$$ remark not help!
TOO many John Deere guys do this type of thing. They turn off a whole bunch of people on JD equipment.
