Rhey are called"ratchet jack"You can probally get them at a farm supply store.I have had one for 30+ years-works great.Sometimes if the implement is too heavy to lift,help it alittle bit with a 'handyman'jack.make sure you have it hooked to your truck before you start ti lift.Another tip,hook a chain(or comealong)from the disk frame to the tougne-that will take away the 'sway'disks often have when towing with a pickup.
