we have (had) alot of manufactured housing business here so a lot of hot shots and their escort cars (usually beat up clunkers) running the roads. It was incredibly aggravating when they flag cars try to "control traffic". THey have NO legal authority to do so. I didn't/don't yield to them, they do not own my lane.
It doesn't matter what you're driving you must yield if you cross the center line to on coming traffic. Yes,.. that includes farm equipment. Yes that means you may have to pull off the road until traffic clears.
