On the 4/65, which was the last series before they turned into leylands, cannot run the PTO and hydraulics at the same time effectively. There is a clutch handle that you pull and then another handle that allows you to select PTO, hydraulics, and "out", which I'm not quite sure of it's function. If the last series of Nuffields had this, my guess would be that older ones had this as well.
